I need your opinion on protein and calcium. Do you think that old folks need to eat more protein and calcium as they are getting older. One of my friend her mom has a fall while walking up the stairs. Her mom is only in her late 50's.

She is thinking about buying protein and calcium powder for her to drink. Yeah Mother's Day has passed a few days, I think its a good gift too.

Other than spending time with mom I think its important to take care of their health as well.

Have you read about the news? As you know this year is the Beijing Olympics, there are a lot teachers in China that expecting to have baby this year. Schools are worry about it and wanting the teachers to inform them before they go for maternity leave.

The schools will not have enough teachers if all young teachers are expecting. They even set up some paper for teacher to sign. Yeah with terms and conditions.

They used a shoplot to make it as a medical centre. It's a good idea as I have seen some other medical centre do the same.

I think the only problem would be the parking. If during day time they would be people working so parking space would be full for sure. Anyway, have anyone been to this medical centre?

I am sure when it comes to money it would be a sensitive issue. Worst if it goes in between a relationship. Here's proud parents of baby gal that you can read about. If both parents are working I think you can save alot money. I think that everyone has the right to do whatever they want with their money.

But what I didn't understand is that why some people would just let it be as they know its a life matter. We are not talking about things but life here. I think its important to know that where you are saving the money for.

My friend was telling me about the news where Thieves behind blackout in a state . It's so true when I read about it. Yeah you can read it too and tell me what you think.

I can say that thieves are willing and don't think much and would steal anything. Some people making a living as a thief. Don't believe me? I have read about it too that a wealthy family make their living by stealing from others.

Back to the news, the thieves steal scarp metal that cost MYR40 but it would cost MYR400,000 to build a tower. My friend also told me that her car's tyre's metal also been stolen. There's nothing she can do about as she is living at apartment. There's no security at her area.

Some friend have been trying to manage blogs, I would say if you are having more than a blog. There's a lot to do on maintaining each blog. Nikofav is trying her best on bravejournal. Yeah I bet you have to be brave enough to have more than a blog.

A lot time and patience to do with blogging, don't you think so? Some people can do it at work some can't. Not all company allowing staff to use computer and Internet at work. I have been there and that's why I know about it.

Here has been rainy season and thats a lot thing I can't do like going out for a walk. Worst is that the mosquitoes hiding place is coming in the office and house. They know its raining and staying in is cozy for them.

I always think that is best to write your very own view/opinion/words. But in this blog world, how could you tell if someone has copy your blog? This can be making everyone crazy and mad knowing that post has be taken from their blog.

Sometimes we do have the same opinioni in mind and maybe just coincidence? Can this be happening? I have seen some magazines publishers with a lot of different magazine but their content of magazines would be the almost same from other magazine it has. The little difference would be their month of publishing.

I can't believe my eyes that product that I am currently using is going to increase price. What product is it? Just skin care product. The increasing of the price is not $10 but $40-$50! That's really crazy, no wonder they are changing the new looked for the skin care product.

Some friends saying that they don't mind paying more. But its really too much, a sudden of increased will give anyone a heart attack. But if you compared the price of those branded skin care this would be consider as medium range price.

I always check on product quality as well as quantiy. How about you?

Wow, I can't believe that how expensive baby stuff today. I just went shopping the other day and it cost me over $100 to buy baby stuff. Well, not for one baby but two babies. Its not twins but because they are brothers and both wives are expecting baby next month and the other in June.

I have bought some baby stuff for them both the same but different is boy and gal clothes. Each have a bag too, green for the gal and blue for the boy. Sadly the pink has sold out. Where did I shop? I went to Tesco as I saw in the brochure they are having baby sales. I also have bought mitten, teats, bibs, handkerchief, powder puff bottle, cups. Sound not like much but when the amount added up. It cost that much!

Do you have baby at home? How about kids? I think living standard today is high!
