I need your opinion on protein and calcium. Do you think that old folks need to eat more protein and calcium as they are getting older. One of my friend her mom has a fall while walking up the stairs. Her mom is only in her late 50's.

She is thinking about buying protein and calcium powder for her to drink. Yeah Mother's Day has passed a few days, I think its a good gift too.

Other than spending time with mom I think its important to take care of their health as well.

Do you know any place with road closure? My friend told me about this site and wow there are many people there. Too bad its written in Mandarin or else I could tell you more about it.

I like to learn new language but first I would need a teacher to teach me. lol

Do you know about wordpress? I was checking on how to upgrade . well I agree that not everyone know about upgrading. Come on if you are good in computer it doesn't mean that you are good in Internet and blogging. That's alot to learn from there.

That's why I am very blurr too about those upgrading. I know most blogger are very good with that. Well, I am very happy for them as they don't have to ask for help and don't anyone to guide them. But some would still need a hand.
