I couldn't agree more about this. Why? I have known a few people in my life and I must say its in your blood.
They are very forgetful on things like turning off the water or electricity etc. This is in their blood and its not like I am just saying it. I vitnessed it myself.
This must be in the gene of the family. Just like laziness which I have in blood. Hehe...
