Working on lose weight

I am wanting to lose weight as I have been increasing weight so badly. I know that I am eating more meat than vege. That's bad as I can see that my clothes are getting smaller. I could be wearing XL now and pants probably XXL. That's not good for my health and I can feel that I get tired easily. How do you lose weight? I used to walk alot but my work now required me to sit down more often than walk. That's why I can tell you my waistline is way off the limit!

Well, Dear, you're not wrong... all you should do is trying to get to the center of your 'problems', maybe you need a rest or vacation, talk to a friend who understang you, and of course keeps your secret,... or pray in solitude. I myself had a walk to my office about 2-3 kilometers a day, because I don't like to go to gym to pay expensive training classes... I like to eat, but with my walking journey I still maintain a stable weight... you have to try to 'steal' a time. Maybe you rather use stairs than elevator... or something like that... :) wish you luck, Dear.

A thing I did that really worked! I took Alpha Lipoic acid..300 MG twice a day...It is a stuff that is natural in the body! I lost 5 lbs the first week and 4 more the second...then cut back to just twice a week...I made no other diet change..ate candy as usual!!
